Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Best bank

Good personal touch

As a charity we've recently moved from HSBC (due to HSBC's new charges) and found that being able to meet very helpful people in an actual branch (Guildford) really useful and comforting. Plus the online banking is much easier and simpler to navigate than HSBC's. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Easy to use banking

Good but no CoP

Good banking experience but addition of Confirmation of Payee would make it better. Clients having difficulty making payments when account can't be verified results in slow payments and time spent arranging payment. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

By far the best bank I dealt with

By far the best bank I dealt with I’ve been banking with Metrobank for 10 years now there are two branches walking distance from where I live and work – they open long hours and always friendly in fact I’m closing my account with Barclays completely and open a current account with Metro ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
