Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Service with style

My account manager at Metro bank Hounslow is someone I can rely on to always deal with my banking issues He is not a robot or an anonymous person at the end of a chat line , he is a real person who if he doesn’t know the answer will ensure that I’m connected to someone at Metro who does Ten out of Ten Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Easy processes all through
