Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Easy to use business accounting

As a small limited company sole trader it’s important that I have a business account that is easy to use and supports my business accounting. Metrobank fulfils all my requirements with a fast and friendly service from staff when I have needed to speak to them. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

smooth banking without any issues
