Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

That old-school feeling of stability with solid support.

Metro have all the expectations from a modern bank, without any of the rubbish that so many are implementing these days. I can access my bank, online, WITHOUT having to install some app to do anything. This alone is what tipped my decision to use them. Keep on keeping things simple, MetroBank.
