Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Service with a smile

Business banking online has been really tricky in the past. Particularly when there is no longer a branch nearby you can just pop into for help. However, Metro Bank in Guildford have bucked that trend! They are always willing to help however small the query. And always so friendly. Their community engagement is great too. Well done them!
