Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Outstanding customer service

As a small business owner the help and speed with which my new account was set up was invaluable. For everyday use the internet banking service is fast and handy and if I have to visit the branch I am always assured of a warm welcome. As are my dogs! This is a great bank. We recently moved to Metro Bank and the different approach to servicing our account is a world apart from conventional banking. The only bank for Business

Very secure approach to business banking, have blocked purchases that seem out of the ordinary daily operations which seems inconvenient, however they are swift responses to rectify the situation make the extra security worth it. Good phone services and good internet banking facility - Open later and at weekends - - The Only bank for business Thank You Metro.
