Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great bank

A great bank run by people for people

I have had accounts with numerous banks but this is the first and only one that has got virtually everything right. And even when something doesn't quite go as expected, you can speak to a real person who will make sure that your problem is resolved. They even take the stress out of the situation when you have to phone for support by having real people who talk to you like your problem is their problem. Metro is simply great. High class Bank

Didn’t think much of Metro Bank at the start, but since I visited one of the branches I immediately knew this bank is different and I made right choice to have my business using this bank.
