Quick and easy

Everything with Metro Bank is so very much simpler and quicker than it is with the big old high street banks like LLoyds, for example. I set up my business account in a couple of days after weeks of trying with LLoyds who moved so painfully slowly it was hard to believe. And when a card stopped working I simply walked into a branch and in 15 minutes had a new one. It's how it should be and for a simpler and more efficient life I can not recommend Metro enough. Best business bank out there

Metro Bank is Excellent

Metro Bank is a really good bank, much better at customer service than the other UK Banks. (I have multiple Business and Personal Accounts with them administered by both Branch and Head Office). Reviewed on: 19th March 2021
