Best Banking EVER!

Having had a very bad experience with another high street bank. Metro have been amazing in the care, support and have exceeded customer expectations tenfold. The whole process of being a customer new to this bank in lockdown was outstanding. Continued support at the end of the phone. why did it take so long to find them. Its Metro all the way. Could do better

Why spend two and a half hours in branch opening an account where someone fills in your information on screen? During COVID?! If they can fill it in, why can't they do it over the phone and get the ID in ten minutes in a branch? International's banking great, phone app failed and it has taken them three weeks of trying to understand that I do NOT have a problem with internet banking - I could net send them messages from internet banking if ii did!! But that the issue is with the app not recognising the very details that I use to log into internet banking. Hopeless support. Reviewed on: 17th March 2021

Everything I need in one place

Metro bank, whilst not the cheapest option offers incredible value for money. As a business if I have an issue with my account or am unsure of something I need someone to be on hand to help me out. Whether walking into a branch, booking an appointment or phoning up the helpline the service has been efficient and friendly - and over all excellent... I would not consider banking anywhere else.
