Professional, helpful, accurate and accessible banking

I have transferred my business accounts to Metro. We have a range of accounts with them from current to client protected and savings - all of them operate perfectly and the customer service is second to none. In branch they are fantastic and there is not one problem they cannot solve or help with - I feel safe and supported in my business with Metro. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

First class plus service

In comparison to NatWest - Metro leave them dead. Never had such responsive and reliable service in 30 years. I hope you maintain it and show, particularly NatWest what customer service is. I really appreciate being able to speak to a human. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Good services, except you can't connect easily to FreeAgent

I use Metro Bank for over a year now and I am generally happy. Sign up took about 3 hours in the local branch. They were nice, but this could have been faster. Ever since I haven't had to meet anyone. All is good with their services, but I would love to connect my account to FreeAgent which is only possible today via a 3rd party (Yoodle) which unfortunately I don't think is secure enough :( All other banks were able to do it properly, so I think Metro Bank would need to pay more attention to this too. I would also love if Metro Bank would make it possible to sign up online for a business credit card which is only possible if I would visit my local branch which I am not willing to do while COVID is around. Great online access at great prices

Really happy with Metro bank business account. It costs nothing as long as you have £5000 deposit! Great service, online banking's nice and easy to use. Mobile app is also great. Reviewed on: 17th March 2021
