Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

I only recently started banking with Metro bank, Their services are better compared with most other banks around. The customer service department ensures you get the best service. Great Bank Low Charges

The Metro Bank, is efficient, they have zero charges provided you have over £6k in the account. We deal with international clients and they don't charge for foreign transfers in to us. The App works well and generally an excellent bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Real People, Real Service

Flexible, efficient, responsive

Great service

breath of fresh air for british banking

After trying 4 of the main British high street banks, over a number of years, it was a very pleasant surprise to walk into Metro bank and be be genuinely pleased and upbeat about the welcome i had and their attitude to me as a new customer. Surprising i know, but the other banks, didn't really seem to care that i was looking for a new bank and what could they offer. I have been with them for 4 years and cant sing their praises high enough and recommend them to all my friends. Miles and miles ahead of all the other main UK banks. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
