Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

We have been with Metro Bank since 2014 and they have been just excellent in every area of our Business Banking, We have no faults or issues, great customer service and products, the team are REALLY there to help which makes such a difference. I opened an account with Metro bank recently, the customer service was excellent, the staff (Ismael) who attended to me was friendly and quite reassuring. Service was quite fast and within a short time, I was done with account opening and I got my card immediately. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Excellent Bank, with Superb Staff!

I had been banking with another bank for all my various businesses. When I set up another business and wanted to open a business account, the other bank put forward so many obstacles, that even after 1 year, my account hadn't been opened. I went to Metro Bank, and I was so well looked after, they were so efficient, all my documents passed their thorough processes, and my account was open within two weeks. The only high street bank that cares about small business

I spoke to all the traditional high street banks and a couple of online only banks to setup an account for my new business, you would think this would be easy but no - the new online banks are great if you have a simple business but not interested in anything more complex and the high street banks are simply not interested at all. Metro was the only bank to actually call me, the account manager could not have been more helpful and we were up and running within a week. After 4 months, I could not be happier, the service is amazing and they actually care about small businesses. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
