Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

A bank with people you can talk to

We have been trading for nearly 25 years and wanted to buy another company, during the process we needed to set up a bank account. Despite all our history our old bank said no as we didn't meet their security requirements. We weren't looking for a loan or overdraft just an account. We went in and spoke with Metro bank, they let us know what they needed and we were able to provide everything the decision was made in 24 hours and we had the account.
