Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Bank Opening Hours and Mobile App

I love how Metro is open 7 days a week and it's later opening hours than other High Street banks. The mobile app is very user friendly and informative. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Metro Bank could help when no other bank could

I recently moved home to the Uk and needed to open a business account. Every other bank I tried failed to open one due to needless bureaucracy and poor customer service. Fantastic service

I recently opened a Business Account with Metro. It took 2 days. I used to be with Lloyds. They closed my account without checking with me. They then needed 6 weeks to reopen the account. Need I say more? Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Modern forward thinking bank with customers front and center

I was so frustrated with my TSB account with unreasonable exchange charges amongst other thing. It was like a breath of fresh air when I first walked in there. Everything they do has been thought about from the customers point of view. I now have all my bank accounts with Metro, personal and 2 business accounts!!!
