Modern forward thinking bank with customers front and center

I was so frustrated with my TSB account with unreasonable exchange charges amongst other thing. It was like a breath of fresh air when I first walked in there. Everything they do has been thought about from the customers point of view. I now have all my bank accounts with Metro, personal and 2 business accounts!!! I switch to metro after being with LloydsTSB for 35years and I’ve never looked back Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Our old bank didn't want us - our new bank did

We were advise by our old bank that they could no longer act for us and were given a choice of a couple of banks. We were attracted to the longer hours available and though having no branch nearby at the moment, we were impressed that we could have free banking at our local post office. This has worked extremely well and all our monies have been posted to our account by the next day. When we have problems, like incorrectly putting in pin nos, we have been treated kindly and efficiently. We thoroughly recommend this and have had fewer problems than the mainstream banks.
