Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Reinveting Business banking

The legacy banks still try to dirty the name of Metro with risk and suspicion. The reality is there's nothing more suspicious than HSBC or Barclays in our modern reality. Metro, a breath of fresh air. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
