Good for Business Banking

I opened my first Business Bank Account within a day. Subsequent accounts were opened and transferred to the new business owner quickly and efficiently. The online and mobile app give good service and if there are nay difficulties these are resolved quickly. Unfortunately there is no quick deposit service for paying in cheques like other banks. Great bank for start up business

I opened an account with Metrobank two years ago and it was the best decision. After two failed attempts with other banks the Metrobank on boarding was plain sailing. Exceptional banking experience

In all my banking experience, Metro bank stands out, everytime l have walk into the bank there is a warmth in their welcome approach which l experience throughout, l feel valued and they do all that is in their power to proffessionally deliver best customer service. I have never been left sitting waiting for my appointment wondering how soon l would be attended to, they always give update as to how soon l will be attended to. I have observed that they treat customers as individuals offering the best tailored service for all. Will continue to recommend to family and friends.
