Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

I have had accounts with several different banks and this bank, Metro Bank surpasses each of them. Simple customer service is fantastic like none other. I find the customer service representatives. Know what they’re talking about and they are helpful. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Refreshing policy of customer service. Finally a bank that understands that not everything can be done online (but offers a brilliantly designed app & website nonetheless).
