Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Excellent service

Everything so easy!!

Cannot fault this Bank… everything is so easy with them… On the phone, via the app or in brunch. My brunch, (Romford) is very pleasant, vibrant with a bit of atmosphere and plenty of staff in the bank. They stay open a lot later than my old bank, which is always helpful… And you deal with one guy, In our case; Amit, who always picks up the phone or calls you straight back and always does what he says he’s gonna do. The App, is packed with lots of little things that make transfers and payments a lot easier. I would certainly recommend this bank to anyone that is even remotely unhappy with the one they’re at now.
