Why I would recommend Metro Bank

They were patient with my neurodiversity They personally came to my house in adversity. They fixed my banking when the Rural ping was low They helped me choose which were the best accounts to know They gave me honest sound advice In Covid, when stressed, they repeated instructions more than twice. Their answer phone service is professional and polite. They made sure I got banking transfers right. They one of the only banks that support the environment They are one of the only banks supporting the environment; this is so important. I've said it twice. They aren't fools and don't support fossil fuels. If I weren't returning to NZ, I would keep them as my business bank. They are brilliant. Top bank

Very friendly staff and professional service all the time. Only METRO Bank does work on Sunday. Definitely recommend that bank. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Customer service

Metro Bank provided customer service and assistance like no other bank. I was looking to opening a community account for an organisation I volunteer for. No other bank would assist us unless we opened an account online first. Metro bank to the time to talk us through the steps and application in a face to face meeting.
