Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great bank

Lovely people, really helpful. Sorted out our club account and very flexible with our requirements. We can do things easily online too. If I needed a personal bank I would recommend them. Reviewed on: 14th March 2023

Enjoy the trip to the bank amazing.

I have to say there actually aren't enough branches! At last a bank that let's you ask for and get all the information you want in under 15 minutes. Allows access to your account and makes you fully secure, need a years statements for your tax return? No worries 2 calls, 1 reference and a local location to collect all of the same on a Saturday afternoon. (My experience only niggle had to have ID proof). Reviewed on: 14th March 2023

Εγκρίθηκα για δάνειο την εποχή του κορονοϊού στην πρώτη φάση μετά όμως αφου μου βγάλανε την ψυχή σε διάφορες διαδικασίες αλλά κυρίως σε ατέλειωτες ώρες αναμονής μου είπαν πως δεν θα πάρω ούτε τα μισά απο όσα είχαν εγκριθεί Εσεις νομίζεται πως μόνο ο δικός χρόνος είναι πολύτιμος κ ο δικός μας δεν αξίζει ούτε σεντ Είσαστε η χειρότερη τράπεζα που έχω γνωρίσει Reviewed on: 14th March 2023

Great in house service

It was very easy to open a new business account. My usual bank made this so hard I gave up and came to Metro. I am glad I did. Also they were very helpful when dealing with a couple of queries on the account later Reviewed on: 13th March 2023
