Great Service

Great service, ease B2B transactions. Open till late! Excellent

Best decision to switch to Metro, not only the service was more personalised and friendly also a genuine pleasure to do business with. From either replacing card on the spot to be able to do banking after trading on the day. Online banking app allows to upload proof of purchase receipts making things easier to accountants. Great customer service

We are very pleased with the customer service we have received both on the telephone banking and in branch. The branch opening hours suit our needs as we are generally too busy to visit during the the day. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Banking made easy

Opening our Business account took less than a week, a UK tier 1 bank took 4 months and it still wasnt open. Metro Bank made it easy and having someone to talk to in the Branch is what having a bank is all about, personal service. Metro Bank every time. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023
