We were recently contacted by Metro with some potential Fraud on our business account. this was quickly verified and card was cancelled immediately. excellent customer service by being able to collect a new card in branch the next working day. Fantastic. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Excellent customer service

Metro Bank provide all of the services that were lacking in my previous business bank. You are able to see real people in the Metro Bank branch, which is manned by courteous and knowledgeable staff. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Straight forward banking

Convenient opening hours unmatched by any other high street bank just a shame not more branches throughout UK Have found it difficult to get to speak with business team being no one returns a call hence the 4 Star rating Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Stress free banking

Excellent Modern Day Bank

Extremely helpful with staff who know what they are doing. Members of the team even came to our offices to set up business banking personally to help assist with relevant forms and ID. could not recommend them enough and are currently transferring all our Natwest accounts over to Metro.
