Always There:

I chose Metro Bank for my business accounting as it was the easiest to start up and the only one I found I could visit and open with face to face contact with a member of staff who could answer any questions I had. Great Staff

We had to move our account due to excessive charges by HSBC. Metro staff at Crawley were very helpful and friendly. Despite all the new checks and documentation the whole move was accomplished on the first visit and since then the accounts have worked like adream Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

Easy to use

Everything works

Whole experience from opening account to day to day management has been excellent. Barclays and Santander were terrible! Once there was a dispute about a payment to a supplier and Metro management went out of there way to sort it out. You don't forget service like that. Reviewed on: 12th March 2023
