Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Metro makes life easy

We joined Metro two years ago and best decision ever. They take away all the complexities usually associated with banking and I can actually get to speak to a person when I have a query either in branch or on the phone. Not once have they left me without resolution. And on a totally separate note if I go into branch with my grandchildren they are acknowledged in the same way as adults and made to feel valued - after all they will be the next generation of customers so well done Metro for welcoming my grandchildren in a way no other bank does Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Metro to the rescue

After 2 of the main stream high street banks first promised, then failed to help us with a management buy out. Metro came to the rescue and came up with a fantastic and unique package to allow us to purchase the buisness through various funding options. They were the only bank that physically came out ( sending 5 people) to see our buisness and take an interest in what were wanted to achieve. Since the buy out went through in June 2022, Team Metro have continued to support us and help us through the early months. I would like to think they are now not only our bankers , but our friends . Thank you Metro for allowing us to have our dream of becoming a buisness owner and having enough faith in us to provide backing. :-) Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
