Great banking

An excellent business bank

I have been with Metro Bank for 3 years since I started my Limited company and I find the service excellent. When I have to go in to a branch I feel like a valued customer not a problem to deal with (unlike other high street banks). They are open when I need them. When I use telephone banking they always ensure they have dealt with the issue to my satisfaction. Their on line offering is simple to use and my normal route and is excellent. Great Customer Service

It is not easy these days to open a new bank account if you are a small club or society. Metrobank staff went out of their way to help us do just that as quickly and easilt as possible. The online banking is straightforward and secure. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Staff have been prompt to respond to my enquiries from day 1. They have been professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful. It is still early days for my new Business, but so far, my Business Account has met my needs. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
