Individuals very good, business overall poor

I have not encountered any individual working at Meteo who has been unprossional or unhelpful. However, the limits they work under mean that they are less effective than they would like. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Personal Service that has been lost by all other banks

It has been a breath of fresh air dealing with Metro. The transitions have been easy and we got to speak to the same lovely people who have taken responsibility for our accounts and got to know our business and requirements. We get quick responses and personal service. No brain numbing call centres where the computer says no. Highly recommended for business and personal needs. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Fast and accessible

think twice

if my opinion metro is the equivalent to aldi in banking. refused to let me pay alarge amout of cash in to my account as it was set up to pay in proceeds of food then i had to wait untill they contacted my branch untill they changed it do waited 40minits seated with £20 000 in my pocket. now inly used metro for change Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
