quick, reliable, free of charge. Always able to get a replacement card, Easy access to banking online, and you can collect a new card in shop within 10 minutes so overall the best bank in my personal opinion. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Quick and efficient minimal faff

I am a really forgetful person and I often loose my bank card. With metro bank I can easily acquire a new card and pin in a day as cards are made in store. The costumer service is stellar the staff are always helpful and they have a good system where if the wait is going to be long they give u a code and take ur number so they can call u back meaning u can wait in your car or go shopping.
