Great customer service

My branch are always ready to assist and answer all my questions. They also offer to help in any possible way they can. The first time I opened an account with them, it was on my birthday. After I provided my details and the customer service person helping me to set up the account realised that it was my birthday, I was surprised with a birthday cake, gifts and other members of staff joining in to sing happy birthday to me. The branch manager wished me happy birthday on behalf of the bank in general. I would never forget that day because their actions really brightened my day. It turned a sad birthday into a wonderful one. From there, my experience with the bank has kept getting better and better, with more customer service persons even from other branches willing to help in any possible way they can Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
