So helpful and easy!

I have always found Metro Bank really easy to use, comparing it to friend's banks, I never have the hassle that they have. In-store the service is ALWAYS 10/10 while remaining professional and friendly. Will never go to another bank. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

A bank for the people

Finally a bank where I feel welcome. A bank that works for me not the bankers. Best bit about my bank is being able to get a replacement card there and then in store! Other banks are still in the dark ages sending in the post with a 10 day wait. 2nd best bit about my bank is 24 hour UK HUMAN customer service! Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Easy, friendly and sufficient

Metro Bank could not make it any easier to do online banking! The service provided is fantastic and to top it off, dogs are welcomed into the branches with a bowl of water and treats! You can’t get any better than this :) Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

You can bank on Metro!

LOVE LOVE LOVE that they let dogs in their branches :) Also VERY convenient opening times, nice and late so you're no rushing after work - and open on Sundays! You get great service with a smile - very helpful staff. Would recommend! Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

so fast and easy to use, best move Ive ever made

Im really happy with Metro Bank, I was with another 'online' bank before and it was so hard to deal with. MB is so easy online, and I can manage my accounts the exact way I want and the staff in store are really helpful if you do need to go in.
