Ive been a customer of Metro Bank for several years, and impressed with there longer opening hours, opening on a sunday and excellent customer service at all times. The best bank to be with on every count.. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Easy, friendly and sufficient

Metro Bank could not make it any easier to do online banking! The service provided is fantastic and to top it off, dogs are welcomed into the branches with a bowl of water and treats! You can’t get any better than this :) Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

You can bank on Metro!

LOVE LOVE LOVE that they let dogs in their branches :) Also VERY convenient opening times, nice and late so you're no rushing after work - and open on Sundays! You get great service with a smile - very helpful staff. Would recommend! Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

so fast and easy to use, best move Ive ever made

Im really happy with Metro Bank, I was with another 'online' bank before and it was so hard to deal with. MB is so easy online, and I can manage my accounts the exact way I want and the staff in store are really helpful if you do need to go in. Security is really good and I would recommend the current accounts and savings. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021
