I've had fraud done on my card before with this bank so its not the best security but they got my money back straight away so its ok Reviewed on: 7th March 2021

Very helpful, efficient & commendable service

I joined metro bank a year or two ago; however, I've only recently started using the services daily i.e. my current account with metro. The staff have been helpful, both inside the store and over-the-phone; they have been polite, caring and very helpful. I will recommend the service in the future. Reviewed on: 7th March 2021

Banking made simple

I’ve used metro since they opened in the uk and I wouldn’t bank anywhere else, I have got many friends to join metro too, banking made simple.. lose your card? No problem go to store and have one printed there and then no waiting a week.. Reviewed on: 7th March 2021

Simply the best bank to be with!

Always get a great service both in-store and online. Branches are easy to access with minimal waiting times, whatever the time of day. On-line security is great and web site simple to navigate. Loving my Bank at last!

Loved Metro Bank since 2015 when my account was first opened in the TCR Store. I have all my banking with Metro and I will continue to hold my accounts for always.
