Simply the best bank to be with!

Always get a great service both in-store and online. Branches are easy to access with minimal waiting times, whatever the time of day. On-line security is great and web site simple to navigate. Loving my Bank at last!

Loved Metro Bank since 2015 when my account was first opened in the TCR Store. I have all my banking with Metro and I will continue to hold my accounts for always. Extremely Helpful Staff . Nothings to much trouble and when you phone your straight through to a person not a machine or having to press 5 billion buttons to actually talk to someone & if you have an issue it’s dealt with efficiently & in a way no other Bank could possibly do !! ...
