My account is so easy to manage either online or through the app. If ever i need to visit a branch they are open when others are closed. The benefits of being able to visit a branch even on a Sunday if you need. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

When i joined Metro Bank i had enough of the bank i was with missing money, Metro changed that and strange movement on my account i am contacted straight away and or my account get stopped a new card there and then no waiting for moths at a time Metro Bank staff are helpful polite assist where needed your new account is ready within an hour you get a new account and problems sorted so fast Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
