Amazing and helpful staff

My husband and I changed banks, it was so easy and was done in no time. We chose Metro bank because we heard of so many good benefits joining them. One of our favourite things is definitely Metro being open 7 days a week even on a Sunday. Which really helps us, as we both work full-time Monday to Friday. Best bank I have ever been with

I moved to Metro Bank for the late opening hours, I’ve been with them 5/6 years now and I’ve never had any issues or reasons to complain. They issue cards at the branch so no waiting around, I get a text if I payment is due out but not enough funds so I have time to move money around and not get any bank charges, the branch staff are always willing to help and with a smile too, the list of positives just goes on. I’ve recommended Metro to so many people and will continue to. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

The only bank opens 7 days a week.
