Accessible, open hours to reflect the customers needs. The meet and greet service is the difference for answering questions quickly, it doesn't mean you don't have to for que or wait for some product information The level of security and cross checking is second to none. Being able to have a debit card created in the branch and then immediately set up the PIN number for it made life so much easier. When my husband's card was used fraudulently the bank notified him immediately. Very impressed. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
