No hassle bank for all ages

Walked into Cambridge Metro to ask about opening a current account and was seen within minutes. After approximately 30mins and a complimentary cup of tea my account was set up. After getting fed up with how useless natwest were I switched banks and opened up an account with Barclays and metro. While both are infinitely better than natwest metros helpfulness puts it a step ahead of Barclays Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

I have barely had any issue with them since i am banking at Metro Bank. Customer service is excellent, not only in Holborn where i opened my account (They even made a nice coffee for me while waiting!) but any branch i visit. Easy to use for me and they provide proper details and information about everything i need. Highly recomennded. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Friendly accessible friend of dogs happy to help

When I was refused bank account by other providers the metro bank believed in me and gave me a chance they didn't judge me they trusted in me and I've been with them eversince, and any issues with companies they sort it out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any company that loves dogs is great in my book they are always going above and beyond to make you feel that you and your needs are the most important thing to them I was so grateful I baked them all some chocolate cookies to say thank-you best bank ever !!
