Simple and effective banking

In the years I have banked with Metro, not a single time has there been any issue nor has there been anything that they simply couldn't deal with in branch. Anything phone related is done courtesy via in branch also. Staff have been friendly and never given a "computer says no" answer. Would I recommend?
