Where do you see a bank that you can lose your card pop in to branch and walk out with a new one. This sort of service is what we need in these times where time is money, waiting for products and service can be frustrating. Great service metro I have 2 products with you and I can't fault it. Amazing banking and communication.

I have been with metro bank since the start of 2020 and i go abroad quite a lot and often have found it difficult to access money with other bank account I have had in the past. With metro bank, it has all been very simple and easy. There are no complications and it is easy to navigate the app. Anytime I have had any concerns, I have called the allocated branch and they have provided excellent customer service and go above and beyond to help.
