Metro bank makes your banking easier, quicker and reliable. I never has any issues when using Metro bank. Banking app is user friendly, you can make transfer easily without any issues. The best bank account i have ever had

Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in, I have walked in while waiting for a train and had my card printed in a matter of minutes which saved my entire trip. Also because there are no screens or walls between you and the staff, you get a human experience unlike other banks. I have recommend this bank to many of my friends. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Problem which I am still waiting that it will be solved !

I came to the bank 3 times to open a bank account. one of the Metro bank staff ran an address check when she is not supposed to and due to that, and this prevented me from opening a bank account! I came to the back 2 times asking if they solved the problem and If I can open a bank account now or not but on the two times I went and asked the employee acts that this matter will be their priority and she/he will solve it asap and call me to come and finally open an account (which I originally had in addition to a saving account but I closed the normal and kept the saving) and I haven't heard anything from them and its been 3 weeks now! I don't even want to mention the wrong information each one of the staff gave me their answers to my question don't match! (Metro bank liverpool one) Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
