Where do I start… I’ve been banking with Metro Bank for many years, when you walk into the bank it doesn’t feel like your treated as a bank robber, the openness and the lack of screens makes the banking experience feel like your valued. The magic money machines are great my kids love them, it’s a great way to get kids saving! They’ve enjoyed collecting the pin badges over the years too. Love that you can replace your bank card if you lose it without waiting for the postman to arrive. Thank you metro bank for the customer service you lead with! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
