Welcoming & accessible

Having been a customer now for five years plus, I have always received a warm and friendly welcome. I appreciate the consistent and extended opening hours and the additional in branch services offered. Would very much recommend Metro bank for anyone’s personal banking needs. User friendly banking

Love how quick and easy it it is to get banking done with Metro Bank. The branches are actually welcoming and enjoyable to visit. The longer opening hours make it possible to get into a branch easily if needs be, and being able to get a new card on the spot has been so helpfull. My Metro Bank
