Unlike other banks, you can actually go into metro and speak to someone who will quickly help you rather than direct you to a phone or machine. Account, online banking and card set up on the day. It's a very personal bank. Which means you can actually talk to the bank properly....customer services is very good... I also like if funds not in bank for direct debit the bank texts u and tells you and give until late afternoon to put money in bank for the direct debits.... The in store banking experience is unparalleled with Metro Bank. Open 7 days of the week, early till late with great customer service. Have walked into multiple branches for cash withdrawals / deposits and it’s been a very pleasant experience. Never needed any appointments or anything like that and had prompt service.
