Best bank

It's a very personal bank. Which means you can actually talk to the bank properly....customer services is very good... I also like if funds not in bank for direct debit the bank texts u and tells you and give until late afternoon to put money in bank for the direct debits.... Unmatched physical banking experience

The in store banking experience is unparalleled with Metro Bank. Open 7 days of the week, early till late with great customer service. Have walked into multiple branches for cash withdrawals / deposits and it’s been a very pleasant experience. Never needed any appointments or anything like that and had prompt service. Having a great satisfaction with great comfort

I have opened my account with in a hour compared to other street banks and yes I got my card in the bank itself. And the great thing is that service from this bank I can contact them in the bank even if it is Sunday. This is the great thing I have never seen in any other banks Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
