Best Customer Service

The bank that actually likes to say yes. Excellent customer service both in Store and by phone, and open on a Saturday. My only criticism is that they are not a signatory of the COP agreement which makes inbound and outbound fast payments more uncertain. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

metro bank and why I voted

Metro Bank has extremely helpful customer service and friendly staff, their store is open every day including Sunday so it’s easy to walk in whenever you like. The banks themselves are very beautifully and smartly decorated. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
