Bank staff you can talk to

Unlike other banks, you can actually go into metro and speak to someone who will quickly help you rather than direct you to a phone or machine. Account, online banking and card set up on the day. It's a very personal bank. Which means you can actually talk to the bank properly....customer services is very good... I also like if funds not in bank for direct debit the bank texts u and tells you and give until late afternoon to put money in bank for the direct debits.... Unmatched physical banking experience

The in store banking experience is unparalleled with Metro Bank. Open 7 days of the week, early till late with great customer service. Have walked into multiple branches for cash withdrawals / deposits and it’s been a very pleasant experience. Never needed any appointments or anything like that and had prompt service.
