Fantastic Bank

A bank that still cares, every single time I have needed something from them they have delivered. Staff are friendly & helpful at all times no matter which branch you go into. Morning till Night

This is only bank which is run for the customer. My ‘other’ bank is open 10-3. Very handy when one works?! Metro is open at useful times, at the weekend, looks slick and has great pens! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Accessible and Friendly

Accessible service, with branches open earlier/later and over weekend, differing from other high street banks. Staff always friendly, never any long queues, as staff quick to respond to queue. Dog-friendly - extra bonus points! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
