I love metro Bank!

I think metro bank should win this award as their banking is unique and unmatched. Other banks are boring and you feel like Metro Bank values their customer's needs way more. On numerous occasions I have received outstanding customer service from metro bank. In particular their banking is more face to face or 'old fashioned', however this allows you to understand the customer better rather than doing everything over the phone or online. What an amazing bank

Metro Bank is always great with their service in store and call centre. Every time I called their customer service, I always received warm welcome and my enquires were sincerely resolved with a timely manner. I will always recommend this bank to my friends and family. From when I opened my first account to going in to deposit cash, there are always smiling, welcoming staff members ready to help. Their service is always second to none and they treat their customers as humans and equals which gives me confidence in their professionalism and services.
