I love metro Bank!

I think metro bank should win this award as their banking is unique and unmatched. Other banks are boring and you feel like Metro Bank values their customer's needs way more. On numerous occasions I have received outstanding customer service from metro bank. In particular their banking is more face to face or 'old fashioned', however this allows you to understand the customer better rather than doing everything over the phone or online.
