Very good i like the metro as its open on sundays if you lose or get your card stolon theres no awaiting for a new card in thepost for days just pick one up

We have been with Metrobank for 10 years. We have recently had to deal with other two other high street banks on behalf of an elderly relative regarding Power of Attorney. Metrobank beats the other banks'customer service hands down! Reviewed on: 14th March 2023

Metro Bank is the best...you can open an account immediately and have a debit card with you by the time you leave the bank. The staff are extremely courteous and go out of the way to ensure your enquiry is dealt with straight away. Hassle-free banking online and via the app. Banking at your fingertips!
