Best bank account in the uk

Easy to open an account online and at a branch you can easily find a metro bank in every high street and it opens on a Sunday which other bank do not the staff are very friendly and are very helpful would recommend to anyone wanting to open an account for a young saver Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

No hassle

First time of using Metro Bank was when I opened an account for my daughter, who's was 11. At the time opened a junior current account and a savers account, which was set up by the friendly and helpful staff within the hour included card printed. Daughter loves the online banking as very easy to use and navigate. 6 months later I transfered all my accounts from another high Street bank as I was having nothing but trouble. Metro Bank organised the whole transfer with all the D D and payments without any hassle, Nipped I to store, card was printed and within half hour of getting card went shopping with my daughter. Overall, friendly staff, clean and inviting and was made to feel very welcome in the overall experience in branch. Well done team Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

Brilliant

From sign up to general services offered Metro Bank has been amazing ,recently lost my card and was mind blown by the option of a same day replacement. After 10years of living in UK and having an account with TSB, Metro was the only one who made it possible to open just a single bank account after 7 attempt to try to open with different Bank Sociaety!

About an experience : Is not a bank .. is a luxury hotel reception, on my arrival I have been offered a Café, during the account opening procedure I cared like an MP and I felt people in the bank rank me on the level of a VIP person!
